Equality Objectives
Launde Primary School is committed to ensuring equality of provision throughout the school community irrespective of their race, gender, disability, belief, religion or socio-economic backgrounds.
In order to achieve this, we have set the following equality objectives:
2021 - 2025
- To narrow the attainment gap in reading, writing and maths in all year groups to below national averages for our pupil premium pupils by the end of Key Stage 2.
- To further improve provision for pupils for whom English is an additional language, particularly new arrivals at the early stage of English acquisition
- To ensure the attainment between ethnic groups within the school remain comparable to national standards over the next two years.
