The attached documents are designed to help you at home with mental well being during this time of uncertainty and a different routines. Some children will love the opportunity to be at home with the people they love, some will be having to come to terms with coming to school as their parents are key workers while their friends are at home, some will be unsettled with the different routines...all children are different.
There is lots of good advice and ideas to help children if they get worried or upset about the current situation...and different things to do to keep mentally healthy.
